What is awareness?

Awareness aims to create a space in which everyone can feel comfortable and work well. This means treating each other with consideration and responsibility, respecting everyone's boundaries and standing in solidarity against discrimination and violence. Achieving this goal requires prevention work, an awareness concept with a code of conduct and the reliable and confidential processing of complaints.

 

Why awareness?

Dealing with abuse of power and discrimination and learning constructive conflict resolution strategies is extremely important because, in addition to the negative effects on those affected, possible interruptions to filming and damage to the company's image represent a business risk that should not be underestimated. We would be happy to develop an awareness concept for you, hold prevention workshops and set up a trust center with an anonymous complaints procedure for your project.

 

Why RISING GAZE?

According to the Allgemeines Gleichbehandlungsgesetz (AGG), every company is obliged to set up a complaints office and protect its employees from discrimination and harassment. However, there is often a lack of suitable employees who are familiar with anti-discrimination as well as the legal framework of the AGG and de-escalation and conflict management.
