Since ancient times, the world has mainly been depicted from the perspective of a small group of privileged people. A huge treasure trove of stories has therefore never been told. 

 

For RISING GAZE, authors and filmmakers from underrepresented communities have come together to enrich films, series and theater projects with their diverse experiences. We develop stories from new perspectives and thus address untapped target groups. With the most diverse team in Germany, RISING GAZE also advises cultural and media professionals on gender, diversity and inclusion and develops awareness concepts for the cultural and media industry.
